Low process corner library sensitivity, low voltage, high CMRR instrumentation amplifier design
This study describes the design and characterization of an Instrumentation Amplifier (IA) that intended to work in different corner libraries in 0.35 um CMOS technology at 1.5 V supply with high CMRR value of up to 90dB by using the 3-opamp configuration of instrumentation amplifier and bandgap volt...

Summary: | This study describes the design and characterization of an Instrumentation Amplifier (IA) that intended to work in different corner libraries in 0.35 um CMOS technology at 1.5 V supply with high CMRR value of up to 90dB by using the 3-opamp configuration of instrumentation amplifier and bandgap voltage reference as a biasing circuit of the 3 opamps. The total power dissipation of the IA is 6 mW capable of operating in frequency ranges from 0.01 to 250 Hz suited for ECG application uses. The design use Tanner tool for characterization and implementation of the IA. |
