This paper is about improving the mentoring process of Alpha One Toastmasters Club, a non-profit organization that aims to develop the public speaking and leadership skills of its members. Just like other Toastmasters Clubs, though club meetings are there to develop their skills, mentoring is practiced as well to assist new members between club meetings. After going through the Action Research Inquiry process, the organization’s issue is that traditional face-to-face mentoring is not effective anymore for Alpha One Toastmasters, considering the busy lifestyles of both the mentors and mentees. After reviewing the literature and through the collaboration with fellow members, the result is the creation of an e-Mentoring plan, by which mentors and mentees can perform mentoring activities online. It was an idea that favored well to the club officers and members. 2015-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/5021 Master's Theses English Animo Repository
