This is an integration action research done in the Rotary Club of Pasay Silangan (RCPS) to increase its volunteers and revive its volunteers enthusiasm in participating in its rotary projects and activities to fulfill its mission - service-above-self. I, as an officer together with my fellow RCPS volunteers focused on recruiting new volunteers on the first cycle of this action research to infuse new blood to the club and increase its roster of active volunteers. As new volunteers begin arriving to RCPS, we commenced organizing regular meetings and rotary activities to consequently increase the clubs activities and projects on the second cycle to engage these new volunteers and enliven the club. The Volunteer Management System Framework served as guide in this integration action research to understand the process of volunteering as part of RCPS and encourage the volunteers to actively participate in rotary projects and activities, which in turn allowed for the creation of more beneficiaries. Using this framework, RCPS was able to create an avenue for its volunteers to experience self-actualization while taking care of the basic needs of the communities they are serving. Likewise, Lewins Forced Field Analysis and change management model was used to drive the change in RCPS to fulfill the desired outcome for active volunteerism. We organized the clubs activities, scheduled RCPS projects and inspired commitment among our volunteers. 2017-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/5324 Master's Theses English Animo Repository Volunteers--Philippines Voluntarism--Philippines Rotary Club of Pasay Silangan
