| Summary: | This action research paper discusses the process enhancement in the Company through email management improvement and better task delegation. This provides resolution to the main issue which is the inefficient email management and task delegation. Through the help of my collaborators Senior Analyst, Analysts and IT Personnel, I was able to complete this action research paper. The Regional Directors brief participation and approval also helped in achieving the objectives of this paper which are addressing client request in a timely manner and managing workload to satisfy the clients. Meetings and interviews with the collaborators were conducted in order for us to properly address the issue. I learned that email is a big part of our company's communications, hence this action research paper played a significant role in improving email management. In essence, I learned that teamwork and collaboration are very important in undertaking issues which contribute to the company's success. |
