Computers and information systems are constantly changing the way organizations conduct business and it has become one of the major components in processing data. Its uses and advantages contributed to attaining useful and reusable information. With this realism, organizations have considered using computers in data processing that later on evolved, and will continue to change the society. Institutions like Colleges and Universities are one of the areas where computers became one of the essential components. Considering this fact, the need to develop an Enrolment and Grades Management System for the College Department of San Sebastian College Recoletos de Cavite, Incorporated is being proposed.
