Timeliness in reporting is one of the most important factors in the delivery of public service because it is part of monitoring and decision making activities of the management. The goal of this action research is to help Division 5A of our Financial Government Agency, our unit engaged in the supervision and monitoring of financial institutions, submit on a timely basis our quarterly Risk Profiling Report. For the frameworks, I applied the conceptual framework developed by Oyemomi and the staff development model focused on training by of Milne, which helped in guiding the timely submission of the Risk Profiling Report. Within the two cycles of this action research, our group, the Division 5A of our Financial Government Agency has established a process documentation of our quarterly Risk Profiling Report and trained our team members in properly accomplishing that report. I and my colleagues facilitated our interventions through one-on-one interviews, focused group discussions, survey and formal meetings. Our newly documented process of Risk Profiling Report and the training conducted decreased the number of days delayed in the submission of said report. The results of this action research will continue to guide our Division 5A to deliver quality service through our timely submission of the Risk Profiling Report to the top management of our Financial Government Agency. 2017-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/5602 Master's Theses English Animo Repository Supervision Documentation Training
