Given that the focus of the study is a team of specialist handling Ready-for-occupancy accounts by which clients were allowed to use the units under lease-to-own terms, the paper also explored on the relationship of the Reopening (account cancellation) process to performance grade. Also, to have a better understanding about the timeline and the tasks needed to accomplish by all groups involved for a successful closure of a delinquent account.
