Summary:Broadcasting is one mass communication media outfit that has many issues on hiring non-regular employees. The conditions of employment under the Philippine labor standards ensure all employees protection and rights. The aim of this study is to know the overall conditions of employment and the overall job attitudes of non-regular employees in one broadcast media outfit, and if conditions of employment affects their job attitudes. Compliance in accordance with the Philippine labor standards and its effect on the overall job attitude and performance will also be discussed. Data were collected with the use questionnaires and were analyzed by using Descriptive Statistics and Paired T-test. A significant effect was recorded between conditions of employment and job attitudes of non-regular employees.
