The study used descriptive research design using the quantitative methodological approach; survey was used as its data collection technique with the use of an interview schedule as research instrument. A simple random sampling was used to select 100 typhoon survivors (ages 18 to 65 years old), who have survived Typhoon Haiyan and have continuously resided in Bantayan Island for the past four years (2013-2017). Descriptive statistics was used to determine the access to government support received by the survivors, as well as their level of resiliency, physical health, and social productivity. Results showed that these survivors have experienced low levels of access to government support, moderate levels of resiliency, low levels of physical health condition, and moderate levels of social productivity. For inferential statistics, Pearson r Correlation was performed to determine the association of physical health with access to government support received and their level of resiliency, as well as the association of physical health and social productivity. Results also showed that there was a significant association between access to government support and physical health condition among typhoon survivors, and physical health and social productivity present a statistically significant relationship. 2017-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/5716 Master's Theses English Animo Repository Typhoons--Philippines--Cebu--Bantayan Island Survivors' benefits--Philippines--Cebu--Bantayan Island Rural health services--Philippines--Cebu--Bantayan Island
