Data were gathered from interviews, focus group discussions, brainstorming, statistics from CSR Assistant and multiple meetings and discussions. Using the Knowledge Engine model, we bridged the gap between knowledge and action by focusing, targeting, acquiring and structuring knowledge that will impact employees participation. We were guided by Beckhard Change Framework and ADKAR Change model to manage transition from present to future state. After 2 cycles, CSR participation rose beyond our expectations.
