This paper tackles the issues of mobile gambling. A thorough study and discussion on the legal aspect, particularly on whether mobile gambling is included in the jurisdictional powers and scope of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, has been made. Also, this paper tackles the social and moral issues of gambling. Included in this paper are the perspectives of the different stakeholders of gambling.
