The purpose of this action research is to provide an enhancement to an existing EPPM Dashboard. Through collaborative intervention, it was determined that the specific enhancement needed is Automation of Project Documentation Quality Assurance. This addresses the issue of the bank wherein the status of the Project Documentation Quality Assurance is unknown1. However, aside from software development, it was also found that user behavioral analysis is also required to address the issue. The first cycle focuses on building software that automates the Project Documentation QA. In the first cycle, the issue was constructed in collaboration with the different levels in the organization – working, middle management, and executives. The method of data gathering was done through meetings and consultation with different units. The first cycle further challenges the Scrum Framework wherein the prioritization is determined by the Product Owner alone. The second cycle focuses on addressing an issue that came from the first cycle through User Behavioral Analysis based on Technology Acceptance Model. The researchers determined the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the software that was developed. From the data gathering, appropriate action was conducted to address the issue. 2020-09-01T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/6156 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/etd_masteral/article/13248/viewcontent/ELINZANO_GERANDBOY_edited.pdf Master's Theses English Animo Repository Dashboards (Management information systems) Management Information Systems |
