The biggest part of the entire hiring process under the Manager who is likewise performing as Branch Administrators of two branches. Important managerial functions such as distribution of commission from sales was overlooked because of the Manager’s bulky administrative tasks and traveling from one branch to another. The actions implemented in the two cycles addressed these issues, and the opportunities were increased. In the first cycle, the team aimed to reduce the opportunity lost by hiring the most critical vacant position among the branches – the vacant position of Branch Administrator of Lipa. The new hire provided the manager-researcher more time to accomplish managerial tasks like hiring difficult to find teachers. The entire process was planned and implemented based on IOWA State University’s Integrated Talent Management Framework. The Lipa branch admin was hired in the first cycle giving the other members of the team knowledge about the whole hiring process. In the second cycle, there still are unfilled teaching positions that might still cause opportunity losses hence, the branch admins are trained to engage in the whole recruitment process of part time teachers. 2020-09-01T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/6152 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/etd_masteral/article/13252/viewcontent/CANLAS_Menchie_11787511_2Edited.pdf Master's Theses English Animo Repository Language teachers—Recruiting
