This action research aims to study in promoting health and wellness of our association. Its’ objective is to identify the cause of overweight and obesity, make an assessment and suggest interventions that will help them lose weight. The collaborators underwent two cycles to determine the situation and how we are going to address the issue. During this research I was able to apply the necessary tools that will assist me and my collaborators to identify the root cause and through discussion and interviews we were able to conclude and suggest effective interventions.
