The goal is to address first the internal issues of L&D so that it can prepare a training plan that will help the members of each functional team develop high impact skills that are sustainable. By doing this, our department will be able to develop new capabilities that will enable to produce new products or services and help achieve our department’s vision of deepening our position with other investment offices around the globe. The organization under research is a business unit of a global consulting firm which is considered as the epitome of knowledge-based organizations as consulting firms depend significantly on the knowledge and skills of its employees. This research aims tackle the complex issues of improving the competencies of individuals in a highly complicated and competitive type of organizations. The issue was identified through one-on-one interviews, informal discussions, team meetings, and action research tools such as ORJI, left-hand/right-hand column, four-parts of speech, and force field analysis. Utilizing the Ansoff Matrix, SWOT Analysis + IFE/EFE Matrix, Balance Scorecard, and our tailor fit Gap Analysis we were able to address the issues. In addition, Lewin’s 3 step change framework was also used to facilitate the changes done by the team. 2020-04-13T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/6194 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/etd_masteral/article/13270/viewcontent/Maala_Jhessel_11589337_1Edited.pdf Master's Theses English Animo Repository Employees—Training of Training and Development
