This new facility is considered as a Brown-field project. Its utilities especially the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HV AC)- Hygienic Air Handling (HAR) units which is the main focus of the study, should be in accordance to Nestle Corporate Engineering Guidelines. This should incorporate technologies that should ensure the nutrition product we produce is within standards. In the end, since this is an export processing facility, products should meet the minimum requirements of target markets around the globe. The facility is designed to operate 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Requirements for continued uninterrupted operation of the current facility during construction have been taken into account in selecting the design solutions.
