Managers' business moral and time urgency values as correlates of organizational justice in manufacturing and property management industry setting

The study assessed the difference of manager’s business moral values and time urgency values and its correlation to organizational justice. The managers were classified according to varying generations, selected industries, civil status and job levels. A total sample size of 359 managers was included in this study. Results showed that there were significant differences in business moral values across varying generations, selected industries, civil status and job level. There were also significant differences in time urgency values across varying generation, selected industries and civil status. However, there were no correlation found between business moral values and organizational justice. The same with time urgency values and organizational justice, wherein no correlation was found. This study may help Human Resources to understand the business and time ethics of their managers and may help them to come up with an intervention to improve business moral values and time urgency values in the workplace.
