The main purpose of this study is to propose an integrated Management Development Program for Medics Industrial, Inc. It intends to set up a dynamic Management Development Program that will improve the individual as well as the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling functions of all the members of the supervisory levels of management to increase the company's profit picture. There is a need to evaluate the company's present management development program as to quality, quantity, and velocity. In order to do this, a present inventory of managerial personnel was established and a management organizational chart was illustrated to show the extent of each employees area of responsibility. Refinements in each level of management were undertaken to establish the top management, middle management, and lower management echelon. An investigation, analysis, and evaluation of the company's present informal training program were performed and a Management Development Program at each level of supervisory management was recommended in order to achieve horizontal integration.
