| Summary: | This study is mainly a research survey of the communication system aimed at knowing the role of communication in the management of the high school department and at pinpointing problems in communication so that the probable causes could be identify and corresponding solutions can be given.
To enhance the clarity of the main problem, specific questions were raised. The principal tool for gathering the data is the questionnaire, two sets of which were prepared. Respondents of the questionnaire were all the high school academic and office personnel and the fifty percent of the high school student population.
From the data gathered, the principal method of approach used in the analysis was the percentage distribution. The frequencies were noted down, given their equivalents in percent, and were then presented in tables and bar charts. |
