The researcher uses the descriptive-normative technique to evaluate the achievement of the objectives for the students. The survey technique employed questionnaire to secure responses to the questions on how the curricular offerings, the students services and the administration-faculty relationship with the students contribute to the achievement of school objectives in preparing them for employment. Statistical tools used were the analysis of variance, the Spearman's rank-difference coefficient of correlation and the T-test. The subjects consisted of 7 teachers from the grade school department, 32 from the high school, 46 from the college department and 115 alumni who are actually working in the city. The study concluded that the school has achieved its objectives in preparing the students for adult life to get employment and live as Christians, as laborers, as employers, as professionals and as educators. The findings revealed that: 1. The Theology course helped much the faculty and alumni to become Christian witnesses as manifested in their conduct, their relations with fellowmen and with God above all. 2. Science studies helped them much to realize that God loves the human race through His creation. 3. Library service broadened their perception and importance of education. 4. Sociology studies helped them much to know the social obligations of every member of the community. 5. Co-curricular activities helped much the faculty and alumni to understand individual differences of the youth and offer them support they need. 6. The history course helped much the faculty and alumni to become civic minded. 7. The Psychology course contributed much to help them look deep into their weaknesses and strengths in order to work harmoniously with others. 8.
