This study analyzes the cost of the Notre Dame Educational Association's Year-End Examination Program. The study employed the descriptive survey research design. The researcher examined the pertinent records of the program for the past five years. In analyzing the cost of the program, the average rate of cost increase for the past five years was determined, the cost of the program for the next five years was projected, the amount of fees to be collected for the next five years was projected, the total cost per test per year level and the cost per test per student per year level were determined. In projecting the enrollment, the average growth rate of the first year enrollment and the retention rates of second, third and fourth years were determined. The retention rate of second to fourth year enrollments, was multiplied by the number of enrollment of a year level during the last year of the past five-year limit of the study. The product was then added to that same year's enrollment and the projected enrollment of a year level for the first year of the next five years was derived. A similar sequence then followed until the enrollment per year level for the next five years was determined. From the findings of this study, the following conclusions were raised: the secondary schools in the NDEA system will continue to increase their population. Such increase will bring about increase in income for the year-end examination program. The cost of the program will also increase as expected, but the increase is lower than the rate of increase of income. With the increase of population shall come along a parallel expansion of the NDEA programs such as the Faculty Development and identification of other related programs relevant to future needs. 1981-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/793 Master's Theses English Animo Repository Notre Dame Educational Association Educational Leadership
