The descriptive survey method of research was utilized. The instruments used were the Personal Information Sheet and the Faculty Development Need Inventory questionnaire. The Personal Information Sheet was used as a preliminary to the questionnaire. Statistical treatments used were the mean, mean rank, t-test, standard deviation and the One-Way ANOVA. The following were the conclusions arrived at from the results of the study: 1. The teachers whether young or old, BSE or non-BSE graduates, regardless of the number of years of teaching experiences need to develop professionally, socially and economically. They too need to improve their physical well being and to grow spiritually. 2. All 63 respondents considered improved physical well being of high priority. 3. The item on improved salary had the highest mean score, which pointed out that there was a need for an updated salary scale for teachers. 4. The means suggested the importance of all their development needs attained and therefore should be included in the planning of a Faculty Development Program for the school. 1981-06-01T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/862 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=7700&context=etd_masteral Master's Theses English Animo Repository Teachers--In-service-training High school teachers St. Catherine of Siena (Philippines) Secondary Education and Teaching
