The Religious Motivation Questionnaire which consists of three factors - motive of service, motive of achieving Christian perfection, and motive of sacrificial worship - was used to determine the level of religious motivation. The results showed that the overall level of religious motivation of the Brothers is moderate. The results also showed that: a) There is a significant relationship between respondents' religious motivation (Factor 2, the Motive of Christian Perfection) and kind of work (r = + 0.292, p .05). b) There is a significant relationship between respondents' religious motivation (Factor 3, Inner Call) and parents' nationality (r It was concluded that the Brothers' parents' nationality and the kind of work done by the Brothers has significant relationship with religious motivation.
