Their structures were elucidated by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), infrared (IR), and mass spectrometry (MS).To conform the structure of the novel compound, synthesis work was done. A comparison of the spectroscopic data obtained from the isolate and the synthesized phytyl heptanoate revealed that the two are identical.
