Summary:This is an evaluation of the effectiveness of the O.P. Siena Administrators' Growth (OPSAG) Program after its implementation from SY 1986-1987 to SY 1990-1991.Stufflebeam's Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) evaluation model was employed. The respondents of this study were the whole population of 102 school administrators of O.P. Siena schools in the Philippines. The group was composed of the school superintendent, presidents, college deans, principals, vice-deans for academics, assistant principals, and regional coordinators of 26 OP schools in the Philippines. They participated in the O.P. Siena Administrator's Growth Program for a five-year period from 1986 to 1991. Aside from this initial batch, no other group administrators underwent a similar program.Ninety-four administrators of the O.P. schools in the Visayas and Mindanao were also included as respondents. Descriptive statistics such as means, standard deviation, frequencies, and percentages presented the profile of the program participants. The t-test for dependent samples was also employed. The OPSAG was, to a certain extent, effective in attaining its goals and objectives. The most pressing problem met by the implementors during program implementation was the lack of funds. The pre- and post-administrative performance of the participants differed. Before the program, only 5 had outstanding performance ratings. After completing the program, 52 or slightly more than one-half of the participants gained outstanding performance ratings. There were only two significant correlates of the participants' post-administrative performance-administrative performance before going through the program and attendance in the OPSAG Program.
