The descriptive-developmental method of research was employed, using qualitative and quantitative analysis and the following variables were investigated: the socio-economic profile of Marian clientele, the socio-economic-political demography, and religious profile of Ipil Community and analysis of the internal environment of Marian College and the goals and values of its stakeholders. The study made use of the following instruments to gather relevant data:1. The Socio-Economic Survey Questionnaire (SESQ) - to survey the socio-economic profile of Marian College clientele.2. DECS Evaluation Form for Technical and Vocational Schools - to assess the internal environment of Marian College.3. The Checklist on Educational Goals and Values (CEGV) - to gather data on the aspirations of MC stakeholders.4. The Mission Statement Evaluation Questionnaire - to validate the conformity of the newly formulated mission statement against the predetermined criteria on style, content and structure.The Marian Administrative staff, teachers, non-teaching personnel, students, parents, local leaders of Ipil community and members of the Board of Trustees served as respondents of the study. Frequencies, percentages, and means were used to describe the data statistically. To compare mean scores, an analysis of variance was employed. The goals and values' analysis identified priority goals of the stakeholders that should be embodied in the Marian College Mission Statement. The process of formulation resulted to a Mission Statement that articulated the following values and commitments the students' total development, formulation in the Gospel values, ecumenism, and a dynamic Filipino Community. In subsequent validation showed that it embodies the goal priorities as well as the proposed scheme for Mission Statement dissemination and implementation.
