The individual is alive wherever and whenever a person reflects about existence and seeks the answers to the problems of changing reality. The individual has inalienable right which should not rule nor be ruled by anyone. However, the individual is not just a thinker. Rapport of Rand's self with Filipino loob is of crucial factor for a truly independent and free individual.
