Descriptive correlational research design was employed in this study. The subjects were from three of four SVD Provinces in Indonesia which consisted of 127 out of total of 243 SVD Priests. The mental Health Pictograph Questionnaire and Religious Life Self-Evaluation Questionnaire were used to find out if there is a relationship between mental health state and quality of religious lifestyle of Indonesian SVD Priests. Mental health state is composed of five stages of adaptability and seven behavior characteristics such as physical condition, mood state, thought process, activity, organization/control, interpersonal behavior, and tension. Religious lifestyle is composed of the elements of vows, prayer, community life, and ministry. The statistical techniques used were Pearson Product-Moment Correlation and Fisher'Z transformation. The findings of this study revealed that there was a significant relationship between mental health state and quality of religious lifestyle of the Indonesian SVD Priests. The findings indicated that the relationship was not moderated by province, residence, kind of work, citizenship, and length of work.
