This study presents a design for an FM radio broadcast station with a selective audience option. The station will be housed at the fifth floor of the Velasco Building of De La Salle University. The expansion of the TV broadcast station for the future is in place. Implementing and building a new non-commercial inside the university exposes Electronics and Communications Engineering and Communication Arts students to hands-on experience in broadcasting. The design includes the room layout and acoustics. The necessary equipment (such as the transmitter, sound processor, antenna, CD player, cassette player, audio console, program disc player and recorder, microphones, mixer, amplifier and speaker) to be used for the operation of the station are given and defined. The establishment of the broadcast station is in line with the University's goal of achieving a world-class standing. The entire DLSU Community is expected to be benefited. To date, the construction of the station has started. The civil work for the on-air studio, control and editing room, and recording studio is on-going.
