This study develops an administrative manual and a faculty manual for the Dominican School of Dagupan. This was a descriptive and analytical study which used (1) needs assessment questionnaires, (2) interviews, and (3) content analysis for data-gathering purposes. Frequencies, percentages, and means were used to analyze quantitative data. The respondents were 11 administrators, 12 elementary teachers, and 10 high school teachers. The respondent school had existing written and unwritten policies, rules, and procedures governing administrators, teachers, and personnel. However, these were not systematically organized and encoded into manuals intended to guide the administration and management of the respondent school. Many of the policies, rules, and procedures were not properly disseminated to the faculty and personnel. Data gathered in the study were used to develop the proposed manuals. Based on the preliminary field test of the manuals, it may be concluded that the two developed manuals were comprehensive, concise, and clearly worded. It is recommended that the manuals be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval. In addition, the school should conduct information dissemination among the administrators and faculty members to ensure clear understanding of the manuals' provisions. Moreover, periodic review and evaluation of the manuals should be undertaken to update contained provisions in response to changes in the educational policies of the school and the government. Lastly, main field testing of the acceptability of the contents or provisions should be done by the administrators or faculty. 1995-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/1782 Master's Theses English Animo Repository Administrative manuals Teachers -- Handbooks manuals etc School management and organization Dominican schools Education Educational Administration and Supervision
