MUNTINLUPA ESTATE One of these projects is a 427 hectare land which PEA hopes to transform into a commercial, industrial and residential area. The property is strategically located in the southern part of the municipality of Muntinlupa. It is the site of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP). PEA hopes to develop the property to maximize its full value and provide additional revenue to the government. The project has a social dimension. As part of its development, low cost housing units must be built on the site. This will cater to the middle and low income earners. At the same time, the project will support the governments goal of providing housing facilities in the country. BOULEVARD 2000 Another PEAs project that will be discussed in this paper is the development of the reclaimed land located along Roxas Boulevard. The plan is to convert the property into a mini-metropolis where economic activities, government services, educational opportunities and recreational options will blend. The property is strategically located at the heart of Manila where different business establishments are located. This property would be developed to cater to the higher income bracket of the society and to attract foreign investors. 1997-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etd_masteral/2220 Master's Theses English Animo Repository Business Administration, Management, and Operations
