It also investigates whether there exist any significant difference on the levels of career satisfaction and satisfactoriness among personnel with interest and without interest in formation, and with training and without training also in formation work.The Career Satisfaction Index formulated by BPC Publishing Ltd. (no date of publication) and adapted by Pereira (1992) was sent to 61 formation personnel in Bangladesh to measure the subject's level of career satisfaction. The respondents' bishops/superiors and formees rated them using the Formator's Satisfactoriness Rating Scale constructed by the researcher. Frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations were used in analyzing data. Pearson r was used to determine the relationship between the levels of Career satisfaction and satisfactoriness and also to determine relationships with age and educational attainment. The t-test was used to investigate the significant difference in the levels of career satisfaction and satisfactoriness of the formation personnel with interest and without interest and with training and without training. The study showed that the respondents experienced average levels of career satisfaction and satisfactoriness in general. It also showed that there was no significant relationship between career satisfaction and satisfactoriness and no significant relationships with career satisfaction and satisfactoriness and age and educational attainment, respectively. It further showed that there was no significant difference in the levels of career satisfaction and satisfactoriness of the formation personnel with interest and without interest and with training and without training.
