The respondents of the study are the 280 students of the homeroom guidance program from first year to fourth year, school year 1991-1992, the 30 teachers who handle the homeroom guidance class, three administrators and 3 guidance counselors. The stratified random sample of 280 first to fourth year students will be selected from a population of 1,440 using year level as stratum.
