The DOOM uses the same activities from analysis to design thus making the developer focused throughout the entire development of the system. Currently, the library information system is implemented at Misamis University libraries. The system provides modernization of the traditional library operation of the libraries. It also help improves the quality of service on the organization and dissemination of information, which is the main objective of every library.
