Ambivalence toward monetary compensation is however disclosed by both groups of respondents. It was also found out that moderate relationship (0.41) exists between the values and job satisfaction of special education teachers in the public school. On the other hand, the values and job satisfaction of private school teachers revealed no significant relationship (0.18).
