Forty (40) Augustinian Senior Sisters with ages ranging from 35 to 80 years were selected as respondents of the study. In terms of the number of years in religious life, the range was 3 to 52 years. For the quantitative analysis, two standardized psychological tests, Gordon Personality Profile (GPP) and Edwards Personal Preference Schedule (EPPS) were administered to the respondents. A written questionnaire and a structured interview questionnaire were designed by the researcher to assess their experiences on perceived and addressed needs. Qualitative data were gathered through the conduct of one-on-one interviews of 12 respondents from among the 40 respondents, selected based on high scores on each of the Personality Traits (GPP). The findings of the study are as follows: there is a significant positive correlation between Responsibility and Nurturance Responsibility and Endurance Emotional Stability, Sociability and Nurturance. On the other hand, there is a significant negative correlation between Ascendancy and Endurance Sociability and Nurturance. The respondents' perceived needs such as greater religious commitment , faithfulness to the congregation and service were all associated with Nurturance and Endurance.
