With that, this study aims to determine their entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial motivation, and career adaptability toward their entrepreneurial intention by conducting a mixed-method research design. Previous works of literature have reported the interconnectedness between these four variables and are relevant to this paper, such as Ajzen's Theory of Planned Behavior (1991) for entrepreneurial intention, De Noble et al.'s (1999) 6 dimensions of entrepreneurial self-efficacy, Barba-Sánchez, V., & AtienzaSahuquillo's (2018) entrepreneurial motivation, and Savickas & Porfeli's (2012) career adapt-abilities scale (CAAS). The main participants are the collegiate esports players of the organization, Viridis Arcus, from De La Salle University Manila and 40 are gathered to answer the survey for the descriptive, linear regression, and multiple regression analysis. At the same time, 5 are interviewed for thematic analysis. The outcomes show that there is a positive correlation and effect between the variables. This is also supported by the result of the interview, where respondents express high entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention. However, the results also reveal there is no significant effect for career adaptability and low entrepreneurial self-efficacy and career adaptability in the interview, which can imply that there may be other factors that affect entrepreneurial intention. 2023-04-23T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etdb_dsi/144 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/etdb_dsi/article/1157/viewcontent/Thesis___Angtuaco__Co__Tan.pdf Decision Sciences and Innovation Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Entrepreneurship Video gamers as businesspeople Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations
