Garma, Janelle Anne D. Tuisieng, Dianne Audrey O. Tuisieng, Julianne Louise O. This research posited that the steady rise of e-commerce plays an essential role in the economy and has been identified as an instrument that can transform how individual retailers and firms conduct business operations in today’s age. With the current business environment for many goods and services becoming increasingly competitive, organizations aiming to remain competitive in the market continuously strive to improve their business by searching for and developing ways to meet the changing needs of their consumers. This research determined that individual sellers and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can adopt e-commerce to maximize perceived benefits associated with implementing e-commerce applications and keep up with evolving market conditions. The study aimed to provide empirical evidence on the effects of technological competency, logistics planning, and financial capability and further determine whether these constructs can impact the decision of selected online retailers and SMEs within Metro Manila to adopt e-commerce. The researchers gathered data from 100 respondents. Descriptive research, causal research, and correlational research were used to obtain results regarding the description of the characteristics of the sample population of the research, identify and assess the extent and nature of the cause-and-effect relationships that exist between or among the selected variables, and measure and analyze the statistical relationships shared among the variables in order to investigate and determine the existence of a correlation between them, respectively. The research findings purported that all variables are essential and highly correlated to e-commerce adoption. 2023-04-24T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etdb_dsi/156 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/etdb_dsi/article/1170/viewcontent/A_study_on_the_effect_of_technological_competency_logistic_plann2_Redacted.pdf Decision Sciences and Innovation Bachelor's Theses English Animo Repository Electronic commerce—Philippines—Metro Manila Technology and Innovation |
