The Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis were performed to find out the level of relationship between the independent variables (flexible work arrangement) and the dependent variable (employee performance) and to model the linear relationship between the explanatory (independent) variables and response (dependent) variable. The study exhibits the availability of flexible working arrangements across all levels for white-collar workers in the selected fast-moving consumer goods industry. The results of the study showed that flextime work arrangement impacts employee performance of the selected white-collar employees. These arrangements have seen a rise in popularity due to a change in employee demands and workforce demographics for greater work-life balance. As a result, many businesses have implemented FWA due to the COVID-19 pandemic to attract and retain qualified employees. As an attempt to investigate the potential effects of relative factors – on flexible working arrangement and performance of white-collar employees of fast-moving consumer goods industry, a structured survey was used due to advantages in exploratory research to implore detailed information about flexible work practices implemented at the selected manufacturing industry, while offering opportunities to discover other interesting trends. It takes a high-performance culture, strong work ethics, conscientiousness, and trust to make flexible schedule work. This schedule makes individuals focus on more value-adding tasks, output-driven, and performance-driven results. Considering the traffic situation in the country and the pandemic that the whole world is still experiencing, this arrangement would help the employees meet their individual needs, engagements and in balancing work and life.
