In this paper, the researcher and the collaborators tackled the everyday use of bottled water and how they can lessen or even prevent this practice. To guide the researcher and the collaborators in navigating the project, the action research cycle, methods of inquiries, and reflection were used. Moreover, the sustainability mindset framework, mainly the ecological worldview, the theory of planned behavior, and Lewin’s change management model were used as the third-person frameworks in this project. After providing drinking water by building a system in the company for the first cycle which encouraged the employees to not bring bottled water anymore to work, the researchers saw that the practice of minimizing unnecessary wastes was not being practiced in other aspects, like the usage of paper. With this, the second cycle where the regulation of the usage of paper was established. The action research incorporated both the ecological worldview and the theory of planned behavior to not only help the employees be conscious of their negative contributions to the environment, but to also incorporate this practice to their daily lives and improve their behavior for the better. 2021-05-14T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etdm_manorg/17 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/etdm_manorg/article/1005/viewcontent/Cu2.pdf Management and Organization Master's Theses English Animo Repository Sustainability Sustainable living Business Administration, Management, and Operations |

In the declining state of the planet, we, as consumers, should be conscious of what we consume.
