Summary:As the COVID-19 continue to persist, the challenge on plastic pollution also continue to dramatically increase worldwide (Silva, et.al, 2021). COVID-19 precautionary measures such as the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) challenged environmental sustainability which calls for straightened links between policy-industry-research (Silva, et.al., 2021). From a health crisis evolving into a much larger crisis involving economic, social, and environmental impacts (Saadat, et.al., 2020).This Insider Action Research (IAR) discusses ways undertaken to improve the Ecoliteracy of the Performance and Rewards Management Unit (PRMU) under the Personnel Administration Department of Landbank of the Philippines (LBP).
