The core objective of our action research is to construct, plan, implement, and evaluate organizational issues and its corresponding desired changes in our Milk Laboratory Division. We constructed our issue, the lack of proper asset management and aesthetic aspect in the laboratory, using action research tools in the first and second person inquiries. Consequently, we aim to reverse this status quo by improving the asset management and aesthetic aspect of the laboratory through collaborative planning, taking action, and evaluating the results of our intervention to validate its organizational impact. For this action research, we used several frameworks, such as the Integral Human Development (IHD) framework, 5S framework, the new model of artful creation, Kurt Lewin’s Force Field Analysis (FFA) and the three-step change model to address our impending concern and achieve our desired future state. As a result, we obtained the desired state we aimed for: improved asset management and aesthetic aspect of the laboratory. The frameworks we integrated in our action research proved to be effective as attested in our evaluation. As with any action research, I conducted a thesis action research cycle to reflect on the core action research we conducted. In reflection, I believe I was socially transformed by this activity to effect positive impact to my organization social sphere. This in turn improved the aesthetic aspects of my colleagues. Now, our organization is socially transformed to be more mindful and responsible in the laboratory items as we develop our aesthetic side by appreciating the laboratory appearance gained from improved asset management and with the incorporation of arts. Moreover, our transformation coincides with the Lasallian Core Values of spirit of faith, zeal of service, and communion in mission.
