The Covid-19 pandemic has disrupted our ‘normal’ way of living and has paved the way for organizations to put premium in attending to the wellbeing of their employees. Positive psychology coaching is a positive psychology intervention that enables individuals to be effective and considers their wellbeing as an integral part. Based on the reviewed literature, application of Positive Psychology Coaching in the Philippines remains undocumented. This study addresses this gap by examining current practices in Positive Psychology Coaching within organizational settings with coaches assuming diverse roles either employed internally or externally. Coaches aim to enhance well-being, work performance, resiliency, and relationship improvement among coachees. These goals are achieved thru building relationship with coach-coachee and implementing various activities like journaling, mindfulness etc. Additionally, strengths assessments are also being done together with goal setting, and collaboration with other experts to support Positive Psychology Coaching. The effectiveness of the strategies is evaluated thru follow through actions, processing assessments, application of learning in real life and overall positive impact. The coaching relationship is terminated with pre-defined milestones, plan of actions, additional supportive measures, and maintaining the communication channel between coach and coachee. 2024-07-22T07:00:00Z text application/pdf https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/etdm_psych/80 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/etdm_psych/article/1078/viewcontent/2024_Merca_Current_Practices_in_Positive_Psychology_Coaching_in_Organization.pdf Psychology Master's Theses English Animo Repository Positive psychology Organizational behavior--Philippines Industrial and Organizational Psychology
