The current research explored the relationship between job strain, help-seeking behavior, and power distance orientation among Filipino workers in the workplace. It specifically focused on how individuals responded to work-related challenges in this cultural context. The moderating role of power distance orientation is investigated to understand how cultural norms impact this relationship. After removing outliners, 377 data from Filipino employees were analyzed. Results revealed that job strain predicts the help seeking behavior of employees.
