Waldo S. Perfecto was awarded an honorary doctorate in education
In September, the Academic Vice-President of the College, Waldo S. Perfecto, was awarded by St. Louis University in Baguio, an Honorary Doctorate in Education, together with Fr. Theodore Hesburgh, President of Notre dame University, Indiana and Fr. Raeymacher, Vice-Rector of Louvain University.
