Ricardo B. Aguas, Jr., has been chosen one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines for 1988-1989. A Lia-Com student, Aguas was Student Council President in 1987. The awarding rites was held on December 23 at the Philippine Columbian Association Building in Paco, Manila.
