| Summary: | DLSU President, Br. Narciso S. Erguiza FSC announced his new appointees for 3rd Term, AY 2010-2011. They were Mr. Nilo Pacheco as Executive Vice President for Finance. He is responsible for the financial planning and management, financial control and administration of all business and financial operations and the formulation and implementation of policies governing the fiscal resources and property. He also supervises the work of the Controller and sources capital funds needed in cooperation with the Treasurer, Development Officer and the President. Another appointee was Mr. Arsenio Roldan III as Vice President for Development and Sponsored Research Administration. He will pursue and search out financial funds for the University from extramural sources with emphasis on sponsored research fund, create and maintain an infrastructure and climate or business development in pursuit of extramural funds to support various funding initiatives, recommend and implement accounting policies and procedures, and develop a short term strategic plan to include monetary targets in obtaining funds for specific areas. |
