Inauguration of Velasco building
The blessing and dedication of the engineering building, the Urbano J. Velasco and Amparo Zamora-Velasco Hall, named after the parents of Energy Minister Geronimo Z. Velasco, was held following a mass of thanksgiving for the intentions of the donors.
