Summary:Adverse effects of climate change and different environmental issues are now being felt more than ever, bothering and alarming the global society, and different environmental organizations. Thus, to help temper the impact that the global society is experiencing, organizations are focused and have been thinking of solutions to be more “green” by generating various environmental friendly strategies, and developing green products that could be delivered in an ethical, sustainable manner. The study is a causal explanatory research that used both the quantitative and qualitative method, as well as adopted a concurrent triangulation design to arrive at a conclusion. Findings confirmed that both green innovation and top management commitment have a strong positive correlation and a significant impact on environmental performance of MANSERRCA Farmers Irrigators Association Inc. It also showed that the MANSERRCA Farmers Irrigators Association Inc. adopts green innovation to a substantial extent. The study concluded with several recommendations to MANSERRCA Farmers Irrigators Association Inc so as to benefit fully from the research outcome. First, it should continue to develop innovative, environment friendly and sustainable strategies that will further boost farm production, as well as bring positive environmental effects. Second, it suggested the need to switch to the use organic resources, and to utilize recycled and reused materials for its product packaging. Not only would this benefit the organization by increasing their competitive advantage by going green but will also benefit the welfare of the environment and society. Finally, to pursue an environmentally friendly strategic plan focus on incorporating environmental practices, as well as conduct researches that would encourage the society build up their environmental performance.
