It examined the employees' knowledge on investment while trying to understand their investment objective, and risk tolerance. Quantitative and qualitative researches were used in the study to represent both the numerical and emotional opinion of the university employees. The end goal of this research is policy implications on capacitating employees' investment readiness. |
